IMPORTANT: By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram). Any questions or complaints regarding this competition should be directed to Half of Us Co Pty Ltd, not Meta.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 24th June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 15th July 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, you must:

Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
Have a valid Australian delivery address
Have a personal Instagram account in good standing

The following people are ineligible to enter:

Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Half of Us Co Pty Ltd
Employees or agents involved in the administration of this competition
Anyone who has previously won a Half of Us competition in the 12 months prior to the Competition Period

Half of Us reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition during the Competition Period, you must complete all of the following steps:

1. Follow the official Half of Us Instagram account (@halfofusco)

2. Like the official competition post

3. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the competition post

4. The tagged friend must like the official competition post and follow the official Half of Us Instagram account (@halfofusco)

You can enter multiple times by tagging multiple friends. Any tagged friends must be a real person with a genuine account.

Entries must be made in English. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms will be deemed invalid.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A twelve (12) month supply of Half of Us period products for the winner (product range and quantities to be determined by Half of Us Co Pty Ltd)

This includes:

5 x Organic Cotton Pad Box – Regular
2 x Organic Cotton Pad Pouch – Regular
8 x Organic Cotton Tampon Box – Regular
1 x Essentials Caddy
1 x ‘It all begins and ends with half of us’ Cap

A twelve (12) month supply of Half of Us period products for one (1) friend of the winner's choosing (the “Friend Prize”)

This includes:

5 x Organic Cotton Pad Box – Regular
2 x Organic Cotton Pad Pouch – Regular
8 x Organic Cotton Tampon Box – Regular
1 x Essentials Caddy
1 x ‘It all begins and ends with half of us’ Cap

Total prize value: Under AUD $1,000.

Half of Us has estimated an average
amount of products used over a 12-month timeframe and takes no responsibility if this amount is above or below what the winner/s actually use over a 12-month timeframe.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Half of Us reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond our control.

The Friend Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner on behalf of their friend. Half
of Us accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from delivery to that address.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Thursday 16th July at Bangalow,
New South Wales, Australia.

The draw will be conducted by a representative of Half of Us Co Pty Ltd. The draw process will be documented and records will be retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months following the competition’s close.

The judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform through which they entered (Instagram) within two (2) business days of the draw.

The winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Half of Us reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

The winner's first name and state of residence may be published on the Half of Us Instagram and Facebook accounts following the draw. By entering the competition, you consent to this.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address within twenty-one (21) business days of the winner confirming their details.

Delivery of the Friend Prize will be made to the address provided by the winner on behalf of their friend. Half of Us is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once dispatched.

Half of Us accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver the prize where the winner has provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

9. Entry Conditions and Conduct

By entering this competition,
you agree that:

All information provided is accurate, complete, and your own
You have not used any automated entry methods, bots, or other means to gain an unfair advantage
Your entry does not contain content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or in breach of any third-party rights
Half of Us may disqualify any entry at its discretion if these conditions are not met

Half of Us reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control affects the integrity of the competition, subject to any applicable laws.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through this competition (including your name, social media handle, and delivery address if you win) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and fulfilling the prize.

Your information will be handled in accordance with the Half of Us Privacy Policy (halfofusco.com.au/privacy-policy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil the prize (e.g. delivery carriers) or as required by law.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at info@halfofusco.com.au.

11. Meta Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. You are providing your information to Half of Us Co Pty Ltd and not to Meta.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to Half of Us Co Pty Ltd at info@halfofusco.com.au and not to Meta.

By entering, you release Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to this competition.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Half of Us Co Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to:

Any technical failures, errors, or omissions in connection with the competition
Any late, lost, or misdirected entries
Any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the prize

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By entering, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

This competition is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW). The total prize value is under AUD $1,000 and no Trade Promotion Lottery permit is required.
