6. Products, Descriptions, Pricing, and Availability

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the final product

• We cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen will accurately match the physical product

• Product descriptions, ingredients, and specifications are subject to change without notice

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST Treatment:

• Under Australian law, menstrual products including pads, tampons, liners, and menstrual cups are exempt from GST as of 1 January 2019

• Where a product is subject to GST, the GST-inclusive price will be clearly displayed at checkout

• Where we sell bundles, kits, or gift sets that contain a mix of GST-exempt and GST-applicable items, the GST component will be calculated proportionately based on the value of the non-exempt items included in that bundle. The GST amount applicable, if any, will be itemised at checkout

• Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST where applicable, or GST-free where the product is exempt by law

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantities of any product available for purchase

• Discontinue any product at any time

• Correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed (in which case we will notify you and offer a cancellation)

Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange an alternative, back-order, or refund.

7. Order Acceptance and Contract of Sale

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable

• There is an error in the price or product description

• We suspect the order involves fraudulent activity

• The order appears to be placed for commercial resale without an active wholesale agreement with us

• You have previously breached these Terms

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within a reasonable timeframe.

By completing a purchase, you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you have supplied is accurate and complete.

8. Payment Terms and Methods

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless you are an approved corporate client with the ability to pay via invoice. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Payment via invoice is required within 7 business days. If the payment occurs outside of this window, the availability of stock can’t be guaranteed.

Payments via invoice should be made by bank transfer into the nominated account listed in the invoice.

Credit card and payment information is encrypted and processed securely via our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

We accept no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your payment credentials where such use is outside our reasonable control. If you believe your payment details have been compromised, you should contact your bank or card issuer immediately.

9. Delivery and Shipping

We ship within Australia and, where indicated at checkout, internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including Australia Post, third-party carriers, customs processing, or adverse weather.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Half of Us Co Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned as a result of an incorrect address being provided.

For orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

• You will be refunded the product cost less the original shipping fee and any return shipping fee charged to us by our carrier

• If you wish to have the order resent, additional shipping charges will apply

For international orders, you may be liable for customs duties, taxes, or import levies determined by your local customs authority. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited or excluded by these Terms.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

• Is not of acceptable quality (including if it is faulty or damaged)

• Does not match the description provided on the Website

• Is not fit for the purpose for which it is ordinarily supplied

Where a major failure occurs, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund.

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, unless otherwise required by law. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Where a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. In all other circumstances, return postage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively or to previous orders. Only one code may be used per order. Codes may not apply to sale or already-reduced items unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

12. Subscription Orders

Where subscription products are offered, by subscribing you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis at the selected frequency.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal date by contacting us at info@halfofusco.com.au. Cancellations take effect from the following billing cycle; charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable unless required by law.
